Healthy Grocery Coupons Round-up 7/5/16

I made a coupon section on my blog since it’s all about being fab & frugal! But that section has all coupons and it’s hard to find the good ones! And by “good”, I’m talking about specialty coupons for gluten-free, dairy-free, Paleo, non-GMO, organic and other specialty diet foods. So I’ve created a Healthy Coupons section so you can weed through the junk and find healthy grocery coupons!

NOTE: Not all items are “healthy” — if it’s a special item or a decent item for a mixed household, I’ll list it here. Please don’t yell at me if it doesn’t meet your standards 🙂 I promise you I mean well!

I’ll update this new section with healthy grocery coupons every two weeks from now on. Happy couponing! Oh — and just a little warning: Not all coupons are available in every zip code and sometimes coupons will disappear because it has reached its maximum prints. I apologize if you click and can’t find the coupon.

Special Diet & Healthy Grocery Coupons

Coupon Book Alert! Whole Foods has put out their July/August coupon book which is filled with healthy grocery coupons and more! Make sure you pick one up the next time you go. You can print some store coupons for Whole Foods here but you should still try to get the book so you have all the coupons you need. You can usually pick one up at the front of the store, near the registers. Or ask someone at the customer service desk.

I’ll list more if I find anymore decent coupons! I’m constantly reviewing more sources for coupons for my own use so I’m sure my Healthy Coupons section will become better over time. If you know of a special diet or healthy coupon, please let me know so I can add it here. I hope this helps you save on your weekly groceries!

Note for first-time coupon site users: Most coupon sites will ask you to download their coupon printing software in order to download and print coupons. It’s a one-time download and it’s easy & quick to install. You’ll never have to do it again for that site or any sites that utilize that particular software. It seems that this is necessary to prevent users from printing dozens of the same coupons, since there is a print limit of 2 for most coupons. Anyway, don’t be alarmed if you see a prompt to download coupon printing software while using the links above. Happy Couponing!
